How to use the Park and Ride
1. Park your car – The bus will collect you from the front of the building, , you can wait in the terminal
2. Buy your ticket – On the bus by card or cash
3. Keep your ticket , you will need this for the return journey and to scan at the barrier when you exit
The car park is ANPR and if the barriers are open you can drive through, if down do not tailgate the vehicle in front of you

FAQ
Can I use my Concessionary bus pass on the Park and Ride?
Travel is £1.70 return at all times, for holders of a valid English Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) Pass.
Holders of disability related concessionary passes and, where eligible, their companion, £1.70 before 9am (Mondays to Fridays) , Free at any other time.
How many can I have in my group?
Group tickets are for up to 2 adults and 3 children who arrive in the same car
Can i get out of the site when its closed?
Once the service ends at 19:30pm you will be unable to exit the car park after it is locked up.
Essex County Council shall not be liable for injury to any person unless caused by the negligence of the Council nor for any theft or damage of whatever kind to any vehicle or its contents whilst on this car park. All vehicles are parked at owner’s risk
No campervans or camping permitted on this site
Parking
If you are not using the bus service and just parking only at site you must purchase a Park only ticket either via Mobon App 120001 or at the kiosk located near the building prior to returning to your car. Daily Cost £3.00

Colchester United - Home game parking
Fans are able to use the Colchester P & R car park for home matches. The site will remain open for the evening only on matches listed below that have been agreed with the stadium. The fastest and easiest way to leave the car park is by using the Mobon app 120001 for payment or paying at the kiosk behind the building before returning to your car.
