Integrated ticketing on Arriva and Central Connect services

Please note that Central Connect are not obliged to accept Arriva return/weekly tickets that were bought on Arriva commercial daytime services.

This is because it would impact Central Connect’s revenue from the bids they submitted to Essex County Council for evening contracts which commenced from 28 July 2024.

The services in question are listed below:

• Service 1 – Mon-Sat evenings + Sunday

• Service 2 – Mon-Sat evenings + Sunday

• Service 3 – Saturday evenings only

• Service 4 – Sunday

• Service 6 – Sunday

• Service 8 – Mon-Sat evenings + Sunday (change of service number to 28)

• Service 10 – Mon-Sat evenings + Sunday (change of service number to 23)
